This is a legal prepatory course that focuses on multi-foundational aspects of international business and legal English principles, vocabulary and practical communication applications. In addition, students will achieve a foundation of related legal English skill sets and will also be encouraged to use their organization ＆ analytical thinking within the context of the legal English coursework. The course curriculum, student assignments and teaching methods require the students to actively participate and practice individually and in tandem to develop the student’s understanding and interest so that they can later apply their learning to a classroom, work or independent setting. Students strong in international business and legal English communication abilities are recognized as “in-demand” traits of a successful legal and business professional. This unique experiential class learning structure and development of personal and professional skills related to the legal tax profession will compliment the student’s other coursework as well as benefit the students in their professional development.
